Alan Levesque is the Chief Operations Officer for CWU, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) that provides critical staff augmentation support, including foreign language support services, training development support, and intelligence service support to its commercial and government clients. Mr. Levesque is a U.S. Army veteran and possesses 20 years of management experience.
Over the past ten years, he has extensive experience in the linguist support services market sector gained from filling CONUS and OCONUS senior management leadership positions. Prior to joining CWU in 2013, Mr. Levesque has held the positions of Iraq Theater Manager, Director of Operations, and Proposal Manager for ABM Government Services. He has managed operations encompassing up to 1,200 employees and generating over $130M of annual revenue. As a capture and proposal manager, Mr. Levesque contributed to over $400M of revenue.
While serving in the Army as a Civil Affairs soldier, his last assignment was the C9 planner for Multi National Division-North (MND-N). He was responsible for planning Humanitarian Assistance for up to 120,000 Dislocated Civilians during Operation Restoring Rights.
Mr. Levesque, while serving as a defense contractor in Iraq, received the Superior Civilian Service Award, third highest Department of the Army Award, due to his support of MNC-I and 3rd MEDCOM’s mission.
Mr. Levesque holds a B.A. in Biology and Secondary Education from Saint Joseph’s College in Maine and attended graduate school at the George Washington University School of Medicine.
