CWU, Inc. is pleased to announce, we have been honored by the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s (TBBJ) The List as the #1 Veteran Owned Business (2018) and #3 Defense Contractor (2017) in the Greater Tampa Bay Area!

This recognition continues to substantiate that CWU is a strong, no-risk partner for our government clients. For the past seven (7) years, the TBBJ has recognized CWU as a top ranked Veteran Owned Business and Defense Contractor in Tampa Bay.

As of mid-November 2017, SLATOR Language Industry Intelligence, reviewed the federal database based on the NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) Code 541930, representing the Translation and Interpretation Services, listing out the top 20 companies that were successful in being awarded contracts and/or task orders by the US Government concerning translation and interpretation.

For 2017, CWU was ranked as #5 in the 2017 Federal Government Language Services List.

At CWU, Inc., we strongly believe in giving back to our community and helping those in need. For the past nine (9) years, CWU, Inc. has been honored to donate to this amazing organization as they truly make a difference in the lives of the less fortunate, year after year.

We are absolutely moved by the generosity of those around us, for the kindness of our team, allowing for us to make such an amazing donation to the Marine Toys for Tots Program. “When you donate to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, you are giving less fortunate children hope – and a reason to believe in their future.”

CWU, Inc. donates over $9,500 to K9 Partners for Patriots; a 501(c)3, non-profit organization, that provides veterans and active duty service members with service dogs. This amazing organization helps to give these men and women a “second chance at life by honoring and empowering those with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury” and other traumas through use of service dogs which help with the integration back in to social environments. K9 Partners for Patriots is truly a wonderful organization and CWU, Inc. is proud to make a contribution to this group, supporting the positive impacts made on the lives of so many.
